Dan Ranieri, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer; 30+ years of behavioral health experience, 20+ in executive leadership; Ph.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University; B.S. from Arizona State (Psychology) and Penn State University (Biology); licensed psychologist in State of Arizona. Enjoys coaching daughter’s softball team, horseback riding, and competitive athletics.

Kathy Wells, B.S., Vice President and Chief Operations Officer; 25+ years of experience in health care administration; B.S. in Business from Georgia State University.  Responsible for overall corporate operations, including RBHA contracts, corporate compliance, HIPAA, facilities, MIS, and employee training.  Enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.  Personal mantra: Excellence.  Personal philosophy:  It is what it is.
Michael Prudence, B.S., Chief Financial Officer; 25+ years of financial management in the health care field in both government and private sectors; responsible for all corporate finance and accounting functions, including payroll and budget; B.S. in Accountancy from University of Arizona. Enjoys cooking and hiking.
James D. (Don) McDaniel, M.D., Medical Director; Board Certified Psychiatrist with more than 34 years of experience in all areas of psychiatry and medical management; M.D. from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine; received psychiatric training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Douglas Long, Ph.D., Executive Director, La Frontera Center, Inc.; responsible for administration of clinical operations, risk management, research and evaluation, and privileging and credentialing; Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology; B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles.
Laura Larson-Huffaker, M.C., L.P.C., Executive Director, EMPACT–Suicide Prevention Center, Inc.; 20+ years of experience in non-profit behavioral health care, including 15 years at EMPACT–SPC; selected by Virginia Piper Trust Foundation for 2005 Fellowship Program, during which she attended Executive Education courses at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and earned a Certificate of Professional Development with an emphasis on leadership; M.C. from Arizona State University; Licensed Professional Counselor. Currently serves on the board of directors of two Provider Network Organizations in Maricopa County - the Crisis Recovery Network and the People of Color Network.
William Magnotto, M.Ed., L.I.S.A.C., Executive Director, La Frontera Partners, Inc.; 40 years of behavioral health experience, 30+ years in administration; responsible for administration and Executive Director of five separate housing corporations under La Frontera Arizona, providing housing for both adult behavioral health clients and the community-at-large; M.Ed. in Counseling from Gannon University; B.A. in Psychology from Edinboro University; Licensed Social Worker in the State of Michigan and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Arizona. Karen Chatfield, M.A., Director of Cultural and Community Affairs; responsible for corporate publications and community relations, grants and related contracts, customer service, cultural initiatives, and CARF accreditation; M.A. in English Literature from Drew University; B.A. in English and Spanish from Mt. Union University. Enjoys reading, practicing reiki, and traveling.
